Earlier this month Robbie graduated from the Navy. Many family members were able to attend (including Mum, Dad, Grandpa, Josh, Debora, Caroline, Lizzie, Steven, Auntie Pat, Uncle Rob, Auntie Rae and Robbie's friend Bethany.) The ceremony was spectacular and patriotic feelings were in abundance.

very smart Robbie!! sorry we couldn't make it but we will be there when you graduate as a RAN Clearance Diver! Lucas would have had his saluting down pat by then! lol
It was a very nice day actually. The sunshine lifted the colours of the uniforms, the grass was vivid, there was congenial family talk, the navy band playing stirred the patriot from neglectful sleep, I wasn't at the office for once, but instead fanciful ideas of a new career played on middle aged aspirations.
